  • As soon as the payment is confirmed by Pay Now Option from different payment getaway, you shall receive a flight ticket itinerary Email or SMS that indicates confirmation of your desired Flight booking. Since the applicable fare is based on your nationality, please make sure you submit your current nationality as per your valid identity card that you will be required to show at the airport check-in counter.
  • As soon as the payment is confirmed by Book Now Pay Latter Option you shall receive a Temporary booked flight ticket itinerary Email or SMS that indicates your flight ticket is on hold. it means for confirmation of your ticket you need to pay in time as per your hold period. otherwise your hold ticket will be expired.

  • As soon as the payment is confirmed by Book Now Pay Later Option you shall receive a Temporary Booking Confirmation Email that indicates your Holidays trip or adventure trip on hold. it means for confirmation of your holiday trip; you need to pay in time as per your hold period. otherwise your hold booking will be expired.
  • At the same time, we have Customize Booking Option which is your different requirements. then click on Customize Booking Option and fill up the form of your desired packages. once you filled up that form and submitted, then we will receive your customization email, after that our expert will work on that and shortly email or call to you regarding your customization.

Once your flight booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking reference number along with your ticket itinerary via email or SMS. This indicates that your booking is confirmed. We advise you to print your e-ticket and produce it at our check-in counter on your flight date. Once your Holidays or Adventure Tours booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking reference number along with your desired package code via email or SMS. This indicates that your holidays and Adventure Tours booking is confirmed. We advise you to print your booking voucher and travel itinerary for your further update.

You cannot book via telephone. However, you may call us or visit our offices for help on our online booking website or you can get flight ticket at our office, once you paid in cash. remember !! At our office we accept different kinds of payment method For Example: Debit Card, Credit Card, Wallet Payment. We DO Not Accept Bank Cheque.

Bookings can be changed but one needs to write on our official e-mail address i.e. tickets@worldtripnepal.com with the correct requirement, so necessary amendments can be done. but we cannot change your Name against concern Airlines Policy.

In case of cancellation of flight or due to unexpected conditions beyond the airlines control, WorldTripNepal.com will not provide any accommodation/compensation to the passenger however concern Airlines will try to accommodate the passenger in the nearest/earliest available flight to the destination. It all depends on concern Airlines Terms and Conditions Ruel's.

Yes, if flight is delayed more than two hours and you decide not to travel and cancel your ticket you can claim for a refund. Please contact at airport check-in counter for concern Airlines to cancel your ticket.

If flight is delayed more than two hours and you decide not to travel and cancel your ticket you can claim for a refund. But if you cancelled your ticket by yourself, cancellation policy of Concern Airlines will Applicable, we will process refund as per concern airlines refund policy. We advise you before cancel your ticket kindly check that ticket is Refundable or Non-Refundable

For this Issues, we advise you check the Terms and Conditions, Cancellation policy and Refund Policy of concern Holiday / Adventure Package.

Once a refund has been requested by email to accounts@worldtripnepal.com, it will be done within 15 working days for all payment gateways except for PayPal ie 2 working days. The refund amount will go back to the account from which the payment was made.

Simply, go to the "My Account" Section at right corner of Menu bar of WorldTripNepal.com. then Click on "Register", After that Fill-up the display form with your Name, E-mail Address and Mobile Number, put your account password and submit it, once you submit this request you will get confirmation Email and SMS of your WorldTripNepal.com Account. remember do not forget your Login ID and Password which is you input during the Register time. your Login ID is your Email Address.

Log in to your registered email address, then Click on Reset my Passport option in your received email from admin@worldtripnepal.com. then reset your New Password.

Simply, Login to your WorldTripNepal.com Account in "My Account" Section at right corner of Menu bar of WorldTripNepal.com. here you can View all of your Booking. also, you can send Modification request form your account of entire booking.

Simply, put your Email address and Booking Confirmation Number in "My Booking" Option in "My Account" section at right corner of Menu bar of WorldTripNepal.com. here you will get your Booking History.

Simply, subscribe your mobile number and email address in "Subscribe Now" Option in Footer Menu and Submit it. after that you will get the latest travel offer in your mobile number and email address.
